We showed up at their office with no appointment and honestly the service was friendly and extremely helpful immediately. Kirana speaks excellent English and she helped us focus on our specific requirements and wants.

There was really no specific items or issues that I was unhappy with. The overall communication was excellent. The company is handling most of my monthly utilities bills through an “escrow” account. I would like to receive a monthly detail of all expenses paid and amounts.

Mostly I am just very thank you and appreciative of Kirana’s help with purchasing the condo and so many small questions and issues that were new to me, not being Japanese and forst time living here. Service overall was fantastic.
