I think Kirana did an excellent job at guiding me through purchasing the property, and giving me insights to the Japanese real estate market. I also like how she is very helpful when I ask any questions.

I think everything is pretty well. If I really need to say anything, maybe it’s on the internet cable. I believe some apartment internet cables might connect to new internet cable network (optic fiber), but a building’s interior aging cable could bottleneck the internet speed, which could be different from what’s written on the listing
